Mahalaxmi Plastic

Our shop is tucked away in Gali no-1 of Kapashera Village at number 30. If you know the area, it is easy to find, but if you are new, the narrow streets can be a bit confusing. We sell all sorts of plastic items that people need for their homes, like buckets, containers, and stools. The shop is usually piled high with stock, so it can feel a bit cramped inside. We spend a lot of our day moving boxes around to find exactly what a customer is asking for. It gets quite dusty around here because of the trucks passing by on the main road, so we are always wiping things down. Most of our customers are locals who live right here in the village. We have been in this same spot for years. Some days are slow and we just sit on a plastic crate outside and talk to the neighbors. Other days it feels like everyone needs a new water tank or a set of bins at the same time. We do not have a big staff, it is just us handling everything from unloading the tempo to talking to the people who walk in. It is a basic business and we do not try to make it seem like anything else. We are just here six days a week doing what we do. The rain sometimes makes the street muddy, which slows things down, but we stay open regardless of the weather.
