You can find Mahalaxmi Electronics in the Shiv Puri Extension area. We have been selling and fixing electronics here for a long time. It is more than just phones for us; we look at small appliances and other gadgets too. The shop is filled with various parts and boxes, sometimes stacked all the way to the ceiling. It might look a bit disorganized to someone else, but we have a system that works for us. We do a lot of soldering at the back bench. There is always the smell of solder and a bit of dust in the air. We have a few regular customers who have been coming to us since we first opened the shop. They trust us because we have been here so long. We do not use any fancy computer systems for our records, just a big notebook where we write everything down by hand. Sometimes we forget to call someone right away when their item is ready, but they usually stop by anyway to check. The street outside can get quite narrow with all the parked scooters, but there is usually room to squeeze through. We do not do any big sales or promotions. We just open up the shutters every morning and see who comes in. It is a quiet way to run a business, but it works for us and our families. We are just happy to be a part of the local community.
