Maha Laxmi Communication & Mobile

We are located in Karawal Nagar, specifically at Makhan Singh Market, C-18. Maha Laxmi Communication & Mobile is the name on the board outside. This part of Delhi is always crowded, and the market is especially lively in the evenings. Our shop is one of many in the row, so we try to keep our display clear so people can see us. We handle mobile phones, repairs, and all the usual things you’d expect from a local communication shop. It’s a small family-run type of place. We don’t have a big corporate structure or fancy uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and talk to people like they are our neighbors, because most of them are. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to rely on the inverter, which can be a bit of a pain when we have a lot of work to do. But we manage. The shop gets a bit cramped when more than three people are inside at once, but it’s a friendly atmosphere. We’ve been in Karawal Nagar for a while and we’ve seen how much the area has grown. More houses, more people, and definitely more phones. We just try to keep up with the demand. We don’t do any big advertising; word of mouth from the people in Makhan Singh Market is usually enough for us. It’s a simple way to make a living for our family and stay connected with the local crowd.
