Madhyastha Event Planners is based at SCO No-15-16 on Old Railway Road in Gurgaon. We are right at the New Colony turn, which is a landmark most locals are familiar with. This area is always buzzing with activity, and it can be quite a challenge to find a parking spot right in front of the building. Our office is a simple place where we manage everything. It’s not the kind of office you see in magazines; it’s more of a practical workspace with filing cabinets and stacks of papers. Being in Gurgaon - 122001 means we are always near the action, and the noise from Old Railway Road definitely keeps us awake. We have a couple of big tables where we spread out maps and schedules. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who drop by. The lighting is a bit bright, and the chairs are just okay, but it serves us well enough for what we do. We don’t go for any of that polished marketing look. We just need a roof over our heads and a place to keep our things organized. It gets a bit dusty with the construction nearby, but that’s just how things go in this part of town. We’re just a local team working out of a busy corner and trying to stay on top of our to-do list every day.
