Mach Conferences & Events Pvt Ltd is located in the Krishna Apra Plaza, specifically in units 412 to 414. Being in Sector 18 in Noida means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity, which is good for us because things stay interesting. We’ve been operating out of this space for some time now, handling all the logistical bits and pieces that come with organizing conferences and different events. It’s not always glamorous work, there is a lot of coordination and making sure chairs and stages are where they should be. We have a few rooms here where the team sits and drinks way too much tea while staring at floor plans. Sector 18 is a busy spot, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. We don’t really go in for those flashy mission statements you see on big company websites. We just try to make sure the events we work on go off without too many hitches. Sometimes things go wrong, and we just fix them and move on. It’s practical work. If you need to find us, the Krishna Apra Plaza is easy enough to spot. We spend a lot of time on our laptops or on the phone with vendors. That’s pretty much the daily routine here in Noida. We’ve got a decent group of people who know their way around an event checklist. It's just a regular office where we get things done and then go home.
