Mabile N More is tucked away in Kalkaji. The address says 0.166666666666667, which is a bit of a weird way to put it on paper, but we are right here in the heart of the market. It’s a small mobile shop, mostly selling covers, chargers, and used phones. The walls are lined with those plastic hangers for accessories. It gets really bright in here because of the LED lights we put in the display cases to show off the screens. Sometimes the music from the shop across the street is too loud, but you get used to it after a while. I spend most of my day sitting on a stool behind the glass counter. People come in with broken screens or complaining that their battery doesn't last until lunch. I try to help them out, though some phones are just too old to bother with. The floor is tiled but it’s chipped in the corner where a heavy crate dropped once. We don’t have a lot of space, so if three customers come in at once, it feels very crowded. My cousin helps out in the evenings when the office crowd starts heading home. We talk to everyone who walks in, even if they are just asking for directions. It’s a busy life in Kalkaji, and there’s always something happening right outside the door. We just keep the shop open and see who comes by. It works for us.
