Maa Jawala Communication

Maa Jawala Communication is over in Lajpat Nagar at E-71. If you know Lajpat Nagar, you know how packed the streets can get with shoppers and rickshaws. Our shop is right in the thick of it. We have a small counter where we handle all the customer requests. It gets really loud during the festive seasons and sometimes it’s hard to hear the person across the counter. We keep ourselves busy with recharges, new connections, and fixing some phone issues. There isn't much room for anything else. The walls are covered with some old posters and racks for small accessories like cases and cables. We don't use a lot of fancy words or have a big team. It’s just a couple of us working through the day. We see hundreds of people walk past every hour. Some stop in just to ask for directions while others need their phones sorted out. We drink a lot of chai to keep ourselves going when the day gets long. The floor gets a bit dusty because of all the foot traffic from the street. It is an honest way to earn a living in a part of the city that never seems to stop. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the other shopkeepers around E-71, and we just keep doing our thing.
