We’ve been set up at Lajpat Nagar IV Amar Colony C-28 for a good while now. M N M World is tucked away in a spot that gets a decent amount of foot traffic, especially on the weekends when people are out walking around. The shop isn’t anything too special to look at from the outside, just a regular storefront with our name on it. Inside, we keep things simple. We deal with a variety of items, and our shelves are usually pretty full. It takes a lot of work to keep everything tidy, and I’ll be honest, some days we aren’t as organized as we’d like to be. The neighborhood in Amar Colony has a nice feel to it, and we know most of the other shopkeepers on our block. We spend a lot of time talking to customers who aren't quite sure what they're looking for, so we end up showing them a few different options until they find something that works. It’s a lot of standing and moving things around. In the winter, the air is nice, but the summers make us thankful for the small AC unit we installed last year. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that, just a few of us making sure the shop runs okay and the bills get paid. It’s a local business through and through, and we like being part of the daily life here at C-28.
