You can find M B K Communication at number 13 in Karol Bagh. This area is always packed with people and shops of all kinds. We started this place because we saw how everyone was always looking for help with their phones and stuff. The shop isn't very big, so it gets tight when more than two customers are inside at the same time. We have displays for some items, but mostly things are kept behind the glass counter where it's safe. Karol Bagh has a specific energy, you know? It is loud and fast all day. We fit right into that. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait it out with a torch. We don't spend much time on decorating. The walls are plain and we have a few chairs that have seen better days. Usually, one of us is busy repairing a screen or trying to explain why a battery isn't holding a charge anymore. It is basic work but it keeps us busy from morning until we close the shutters at night. We see a lot of different faces every day. Some people are just passing through the market, others live right around the corner. It is a decent way to make a living. There is a tea stall just a few doors down, and we usually get a glass of chai around four in the afternoon. It helps when the day feels long. We have a small stool for customers.
