Luthra Communication

Luthra Communication is situated at Nizamuddin East 12. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to some of the main markets, which is something we actually like. The shop isn't very big, but it’s packed with all sorts of things related to phones and communication. We’ve got the usual stuff like handsets, chargers, and batteries, all arranged in the best way we can manage in the space we have. At Nizamuddin East 12, we mostly see the same people who live nearby or work in the local offices. It’s a more personal way of doing business because we actually know our customers by name. We don't have a polished showroom with bright spotlights; it’s just a regular shop with decent lighting and a counter where we do all our work. Sometimes we’re busy fixing a tablet or a phone, and other times we’re just helping someone understand their new mobile plan. We handle all the chores ourselves, like opening up in the morning and making sure the display is clean. There’s no corporate office telling us what to do, which gives us the freedom to just talk to people like normal human beings. We’ve been here at this address for quite a while, and the shop has become a familiar sight for anyone walking down this street. It’s a simple life, running a small business and being part of the local fabric here in Nizamuddin East.
