Lalji Telecom

Our shop, Lalji Telecom, is tucked away in the Navjeevan Complex over in Govindpuri. It’s at C180, which isn't too hard to find if you know the area. The complex has a lot of different businesses, so there’s always someone moving around. We’ve been here for a few years now. It started out with just a few things on the shelves, and slowly we added more. Now we have mobile recharges, SIM cards, and a good variety of chargers and earphones. The space isn't huge, but it works for us. Usually, it’s just one or two of us behind the desk. We get a lot of students and people who live in the nearby apartments coming in. They usually want a quick fix or a new screen guard. We don’t have any fancy displays or bright lights. It’s just a practical place to get your phone stuff sorted. Sometimes the coffee machine in the corner works, sometimes it doesn’t. We like being in Govindpuri because it feels like a real neighborhood. Everyone knows everyone else's business. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors while we work. It’s not a corporate office, just a local shop where we try to be helpful. If you’re walking through the complex, you’ll see our blue sign. We usually stay open late because that’s when most people are heading home from work and need to get their devices sorted before the next day.
