Lala Mobile Point is tucked away at Nandnagri C 1/125. I’ve been running this shop for a good few years now. It started as a small side project but then it just grew into my full-time job. I handle everything myself, from the repairs to the selling of talk time and small accessories. The space is a bit tight, especially when more than two people are inside, but we make it work. I keep the tools right where I can reach them behind the glass counter. Nandnagri is a busy area, so there is always noise and people moving about outside. I usually have the radio playing softly in the background to keep things relaxed while I work on a difficult repair. My customers are mostly people living in the blocks nearby. They come in for screen protectors or because they forgot their lock screen pattern. I don't have a website or anything like that. Most people just hear about me from their neighbors or see the shop when they are walking to the market. It’s a simple life running a mobile point. I enjoy the technical side of things, like figuring out why a battery won't hold a charge anymore. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, and I have to call people to let them know. It’s just me here, so things move at my own pace. I try to be honest about how long a job will take.
