Lakshay Impex

We are based at E-27 on the Main Road in Naraina Vihar. Lakshay Impex is where we manage our trading and shipping work. It is not a retail store where you walk in and browse shelves. It is more of a hub where we handle logistics and talk to suppliers. The office is usually cluttered with samples and shipping documents. We have been in Naraina Vihar for a while and we like the location because it is easy for transport. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing out emails to people in different cities. It is a lot of coordination and making sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble. We don't have a fancy lobby or a shiny logo on the wall. We just have a few desks and some good people who know how the business works. Sometimes things get delayed and we have to stay late to sort it out. That is just part of the job. We don't pretend to be some huge multinational. We are a local business making our way in the trade world. Most of our clients have been with us for years. We like dealing with the same people over and over again. It is honest, steady work. We keep track of everything on old-fashioned registers and a couple of computers. It works for us and keeps our heads clear.
