So, La Backstage Event Management Group Pvt Ltd is based over here in Mayur Vihar. Our office is at 29-A, Pocket A-3 in Phase-3. It’s a decent sized space, though we spend more time out at venues than sitting at our desks. Being in Delhi-9 means we are close to a lot of action, which helps when you’re trying to coordinate things. We deal with all sorts of events, from small gatherings to bigger stuff that takes weeks to plan. It can be stressful, especially when a vendor shows up late or the weather doesn't cooperate like it was supposed to. We’ve had our fair share of long nights where we’re still working while everyone else is asleep. The name sounds a bit grand, but really, we’re just a small group of people who like putting things together. We have stacks of checklists and clipboards everywhere. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and that’s a real tragedy for us. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just try to make sure things happen the way they are supposed to. People often ask how we keep track of it all, and the truth is just lots of notes and talking to each other. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit chaotic during the busy season. We like being part of the Mayur Vihar community and staying busy with whatever project comes our way next.
