L S G Communication is situated in Mehrauli, right near the Andheriya Mord. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how hectic the traffic can get around the Mord at almost any time of day. Our shop is right in the middle of all that constant action. We see all kinds of people, from commuters rushing to the metro to locals who have lived in Mehrauli for decades. Our day starts with dusting off the glass counters and checking what needs to be fixed from the day before. We handle mobile phones and communication services mainly. It’s a small space, but we make it work for us and our customers. There is always a pile of phones waiting for parts or testing on the back desk. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything; we just rely on people seeing our sign as they go past. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when three or four people come in at once, but that’s just how it is in a local shop. We know the regulars by name and they know we’ll give them a straight answer about their devices. The heat in the summer can be tough inside, but we keep the fans going and stay on top of the work. Mehrauli is an old place with a lot of history, and we are just happy to have our little corner here. We keep it simple and honest, doing what we know how to do best. We aren't going anywhere else anytime soon.
