We have been here in Malviya Nagar at H-5/16 for a while now. Dealing with phones and all the stuff that goes with them. Most people around here know us for fixing screens or getting a new SIM card when the old one stops working. It's not a big fancy place but we keep things moving. Krishna Telecom Pvt Ltd is just the name on the paper, but to most people, we are just the shop on the corner where you go when your charger breaks or your screen goes black. It gets really busy in the evenings especially when people are coming home from the metro station. We handle a lot of different brands and sometimes the parts take a day or two to arrive because of the traffic in this city but we usually get it done. My cousin helps out when things get crowded. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We started small and just stayed here because it’s a good spot and the landlord is decent enough. People come in to ask about data plans or just to see what new models are out. We don’t really do big ads or anything like that, just word of mouth mostly. If you live nearby you probably walked past our door a hundred times. We try to keep the shelves stocked with the basics like cables and screen guards because that is what everyone needs on a daily basis. It is steady work and we like being part of the local market here in Malviya Nagar.
