Krishana Mobile Sales & Service is based in Okhla, specifically in Sanjay Colony at F429. Sanjay Colony is a very packed place with lots of small houses and shops all close together. Our shop is one of those small spots on the street where we sell phones and fix them when they break. We have a display case with a few models, but most of our space is taken up by the repair bench at the back. F429 is easy to find if you are a local, but it can be a bit confusing for outsiders because the lanes are so similar. We see a lot of people every day, from students needing a screen fix to workers looking for a cheap second-hand phone. It gets very busy in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just us trying to keep the business running. The shop is a bit cluttered with chargers and boxes, but that’s just how it goes when you have a lot of stock in a small space. We often have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively. Sometimes we have to tell people their phone will take a few days to fix because we are waiting for a part to arrive. We just try to be fair and do the work properly. It’s a busy life here in Okhla, but we like being at the center of it.
