If you are looking for Krauss Communication, you have to head over to Nehru Place and find building 702. Being on the seventh floor means we get a decent view of the rooftops, but mostly we are just looking at computer screens. The elevator in this building is always a bit slow, so we often end up waiting in the lobby with everyone else. Nehru Place is a chaotic place to work, but it’s where all the action is for things like this. Our office is filled with cables, some old phones we keep for parts, and a lot of papers scattered on the desks. We aren't really the type of people who care about having everything perfectly lined up. As long as the phones are working and we can help the people who call us, we are happy. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. We spend a lot of time talking to customers and trying to explain how the systems work without making it too confusing. It’s not a quiet place because there is always some noise coming from the hallway or the street way below. We keep some snacks in the drawer for those long afternoons when the work piles up. We just do our thing here and try to keep everything running smoothly for whoever walks through the door.
