Our place is in Okhla Phase 2, specifically at E-48/4. If you know the industrial area in Delhi, you know it’s a lot of trucks, dust, and people constantly moving things around. Our building is right in the middle of all that action. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a quiet afternoon. Inside, we’ve got shelves stacked high with all sorts of promotional items and marketing materials. It’s mostly boxes and packing tape around here. We spend a lot of time counting stock and making sure things are labeled correctly before they go out. The summers get really hot in this part of Okhla, and the fans just move the warm air around, but we keep going. We aren’t a huge corporate firm with glass walls; we’re more of a hands-on operation where everyone chips in with the heavy lifting. It’s a bit gritty and very functional. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we know our neighbors well. It’s a practical environment for what we do. We just focus on getting the shipments out and keeping the records straight. There’s always something to be moved or sorted, so we don’t really have much downtime. The office part is small, but it serves its purpose. We just try to get through the day's list without too much trouble.
