Khushnuma Telecom

Khushnuma Telecom is a small mobile shop located in Sangam Vihar at G-8/2. It is tucked into a busy street where there is always something going on. We handle a lot of things related to phones, like selling recharges or fixing screens that people have dropped. We have been in this spot for several years now and most of the people who live on this block know us quite well. The shop itself is pretty narrow, so we have shelves going all the way to the ceiling to hold all the phone covers and chargers. It’s not a high-end showroom with glass cases everywhere. It’s more of a practical place where you come to get things fixed. We spend a lot of time working with small screwdrivers under a bright lamp. Sometimes it takes a while to find a specific part for an older phone, but we try our best. The street outside can be very noisy with motorbikes and people talking, but we don't mind it much. We stay open late into the evening because that is when most people come home from work and realize they need a recharge or a new cable. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just sit here, talk to the neighbors, and fix phones. It’s a basic life and it keeps us busy every day of the week. We just do what we can.
