Down in Gopi Nath Bazar, you can find us at number 11780. Kent Caterers & Decorators has been part of the Delhi Cantonment area for a while. It’s a busy place to work. Half of what we do is about the food, and the other half is making sure the place looks decent for whatever event is happening. We deal with a lot of big cooking pots and stacks of plates. It gets pretty loud in the back when the guys are prepping vegetables or washing up. On the decoration side, we have lots of different fabrics and lights stored away. It’s always a rush to get everything set up before the guests arrive. We aren't the type to use big words; we just focus on making sure the salt is right and the chairs are straight. The market here is quite traditional, and we fit right in with that. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have two bookings on the same day, but we manage. My brother and I run the show, and we have a core team that’s been with us for years. We’ve seen all kinds of parties, from small family dinners to bigger celebrations. It’s hard work being on your feet all day, but it’s what we’ve always done. We don't have a fancy office, just a workspace where we plan things out. It’s a practical business for practical people who just want their event to go smoothly without any drama.
