Kay Bee Dee Communication

Kay Bee Dee Communication is located at number 35 in Sector VIII of R K Puram. It’s a small operation that we’ve been running for a few years now. We mostly deal with mobile phone repairs and selling the usual accessories like chargers, cables, and headphones. R K Puram is a pretty established area, and we’ve become a regular stop for many people living in the sector. The shop isn't very large, so it can feel a bit tight when we have a lot of stock or a few customers at once. We don't have a big corporate setup. It's just a simple counter and a workbench where we do our repairs. We spend a lot of time on recharges and helping people with their mobile network issues. It’s a steady routine. We open up in the morning and stay until late evening. The neighborhood is generally quiet, which is nice. We try to keep our prices reasonable because we know most of our customers are our neighbors. We don't do any big promotions. Most people find us just by walking through the market or because they live nearby. If we can’t fix a phone right away, we give a realistic time frame. We just try to be practical about what we can and can't do. It’s an honest living and we enjoy being part of the local community here in Sector VIII.
