Kaushik Telecom Centre

We have been running this small shop at Harkesh Nagar F110 for quite a few years now. Most people around here call it Kaushik Telecom Centre. It is just a simple place where we fix mobile phones and sell things like screen guards or chargers. The shop isn’t very big, so it can feel a bit cramped when three or four people come in at the same time. We spend most of our day sitting behind the counter or working with small tools on the back bench. It’s nothing fancy, just a plain room with some glass cases for the accessories. Sometimes the repairs take longer than we thought, especially if the parts are hard to find. We have seen the street outside change a lot since we first opened the shutters here. It gets really busy in the afternoons with all the traffic passing through Harkesh Nagar. We usually open up around ten in the morning and stay until the lights go out in the market. It’s a steady job and we know a lot of the faces in the neighborhood by now. We don't have any big signs or loud music playing. We just try to get the work done as it comes to us. Sometimes we have to tell people a phone can't be fixed, which is never fun. We keep a stock of different cables and batteries because you never know what someone might need. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing every day.
