Kaushik Industries

Kaushik Industries is located at Anand Parbat 4/68A. If you know this area, you know it’s full of small workshops and the sound of metal hitting metal. Our place is no different. We have a few machines running most of the day, and it can get quite warm inside during the summer. We started this small unit because we had some experience with manufacturing and wanted to do our own thing. The floor is always a bit dusty from the work, and there are metal scraps in the corners. We don't have a big corporate team. It’s just a handful of us who show up every morning and get the machines started. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints or just fixing a machine that decided to stop working. Our office is just a small corner with a table and a couple of chairs where we keep the ledgers. We don’t have a website or anything like that. Most of the people we work with just drop by or call us on the mobile. The street outside is narrow, so getting deliveries in can be a bit of a headache. We just focus on getting the parts made and sent out on time. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, but we’ve built a routine here at Anand Parbat that seems to work for us. It gets noisy but we are used to it by now.
