Kashish Telecom Services

Our shop, Kashish Telecom Services, is situated right on the Main Road in Ayur Vigyan Nagar, over at Aya Nagar 4. Being on the main road means we see a lot of people passing through every day. It’s a high-traffic spot, so there is always something going on outside our door. We mostly deal with telecom stuff, like repairs and selling accessories for various mobile brands. The shop isn't very wide, so we have to be smart about how we stack our boxes and display the chargers. We’ve been here long enough that we recognize most of the faces that walk by. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a corporate office or a HR department. It’s just us behind the counter. When someone brings in a phone with a dead battery, we open it up and see what can be done. Some days the internet is slow and it makes the recharge process take longer, which can be frustrating for the customers, but we just try to keep them talking while we wait. The Aya Nagar area has a lot of energy, and we feel like a small part of that. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just fix phones and sell talk time. It’s a simple way to make a living and it keeps us busy from morning till night.
