Kapil Telecom Center

We have been running Kapil Telecom Center at Trilokpuri 41385 for a while now. It is just a small corner spot where we handle mobile recharges and fix phones when they act up. Most of the people living around here know us because we are open pretty much every day, even when the weather is bad. I usually start the day by cleaning the glass counters and making sure we have enough stock of SIM cards and small items like screen protectors. It is not a corporate setup or anything like that, just a local shop where you can sit for a minute while we look at your device. Sometimes the repairs take a few hours if the parts are tricky, but we just tell folks to come back after tea time. The street outside is always busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. We have a few chairs for customers, but they are usually occupied by friends just stopping by to chat. I handle most of the technical stuff myself, though my brother helps out with the accounts and the inventory sometimes. We don't have a big sign or fancy lights, just the name Kapil Telecom Center painted on the board above the door. If you are near block 41385 in Trilokpuri, you will see us right there. It is a simple life running this place, but it keeps us busy and part of the neighborhood.
