Kanishka Communication

Harkesh Nagar has its share of shops, and Kanishka Communication is located right at D-3. We’ve been in this specific spot for many years, so we have seen the mobile industry change from those old chunky phones to the slim ones people use now. A lot of our day is spent helping people with small things like setting up their sim cards or fixing a charging port that isn't working right. It’s the kind of work that keeps you seated for a long time, looking at very small parts under a lamp. The shop itself is quite small, so we use every bit of wall space to hang up cables, covers, and other accessories that people might need. There isn't a big team here, just us doing the work and talking to customers as they come in. The street outside can get very narrow and crowded, especially when people are coming home in the evening, which is usually when we are the busiest. We try to give everyone a straight answer about their phone and how much it will cost to fix. It’s a very simple and down-to-earth way of doing things. No fancy corporate talk or uniforms here, just a regular shop where we open the shutters early and stay until the work is done. It’s been our life for a long time and we are happy to be part of the local scene here.
