You can find Kanahia Mobile at 145 Chandni Chowk. Being in this part of Delhi means it’s always loud and there’s always something happening right outside the shop. We deal with mobile phones and accessories all day long. The shop isn't very large, but we pack a lot into the shelves. From chargers to screen guards, we try to keep the basics in stock. We get a lot of people just passing through who need something quick for their phone. It’s a lot of face-to-face interaction. We aren't big on polished marketing or anything like that. We just stand behind the counter and help whoever walks in. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, and we just wait it out with the neighbors. It’s a very local way of doing things. We’ve seen the market change a lot over the years, but we’re still here at the same spot. The counters are a bit worn from use, but they serve their purpose. We keep the lights on and the doors open for anyone needing a quick fix or a new cable. It’s mostly about being reliable and being here when people need us. There’s no big mystery to it. We just run the shop day by day and try to keep things simple and honest for everyone. It’s a fast-paced environment but we manage to keep up with the crowd.
