You’ll find us over at H 5 in Kirti Nagar. Most people know this area for the furniture shops, but there are plenty of us doing other things too. Our shop is focused on mobile phones and everything that goes with them. We deal with a lot of recharges, selling SIM cards, and fixing small issues that people have with their devices. The shop is small and has a lot of glass counters filled with different types of screen guards and colorful cases. We spend a lot of time on our feet, talking to people who aren't sure why their phone isn't charging or why their data stopped working. It can be a bit repetitive, but every day brings someone new with a different problem. Kirti Nagar can be quite busy, and our street is no exception. We often have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s a simple setup—a few chairs for customers and our workspace at the back. We aren't a big electronics chain; we are just a local telecom shop where you can get your phone sorted out quickly. Sometimes it gets crowded inside when three or four people are waiting at once, but we just take them one by one. We’ve been at this H 5 location for a while, and it’s become a regular stop for folks living in the nearby blocks who need a quick fix, a new cable, or just a top-up.
