K G N Communication is tucked away in Govindpuri at 1637/14. If you’ve been to Govindpuri, you know how narrow the streets can be and how many people are always out and about. It’s a very lively place to have a business. Our shop is quite small, so it gets really hot in the summer months. I usually have a cold drink waiting for me behind the counter. We mostly focus on mobile recharges and selling small items like cables and covers. Sometimes people bring in old phones that they want me to buy, but I don't always have the cash for that. I’ve been in this spot for a few years now. The neighbors are good people, and we all look out for each other. If I need to step out for ten minutes to grab some food, the guy at the shop next door watches my place. That’s how things work here. I don't have any professional training in business, I just learned as I went along by watching others. Some days are slow and I just sit and watch the people walk by. Other days, everyone wants their phone fixed at the same time. I just take it as it comes. It’s a humble little shop and it does the job. I’m happy with how things are right now. The sign out front is a bit faded, but everyone knows we are here.
