Joyti Telecom

Joyti Telecom is located at A-112 in Sangam Vihar. It’s one of those shops that’s always got something going on. We mainly focus on mobile recharges and selling the basic stuff like earphones and chargers. Sangam Vihar is a huge area, but we’ve managed to make a little space for ourselves here at A-112. It’s not a very big shop, just enough room for a counter and some display racks. Most of our customers are locals who live just a few streets away. They come in for their monthly phone bills or when they need a new SIM card. We try to keep the most popular items in stock so nobody has to go too far to find what they need. I’ve been working here for a good while, and you get to know the rhythms of the neighborhood. The mornings are slow, but once the sun starts to go down, it gets really packed. We don't have any fancy signs or a big marketing team. It is just me and maybe one other person helping out. We spend the day talking to people and making sure their phones are working the way they should. Sometimes it’s a simple fix, and sometimes we have to tell them it’s time for a new one. It’s a basic, honest business that keeps us connected to everyone around here. We just like being the go-to spot for the small stuff.
