Jaydee Caterers & Tents

Jaydee Caterers & Tents is located at Jor Bagh, Plot Number 30/33 41308. This is where we keep all the big cooking pots, the crates of plates, and the heavy tent structures. It’s a big plot and it’s usually quite messy because there is always something being cleaned or packed for a move. We spend a lot of our time checking the inventory to make sure nothing was left behind at the last site. The work is mostly about logistics and making sure we have enough coal or gas for the burners. It isn't a fancy office. Most of the time we are wearing work clothes and moving heavy crates around. We have a lot of stuff to keep track of, from the spoons to the big decorative fabrics for the wedding tents. The weather really dictates our day. If it’s raining, we’re scrambling to keep things dry. If it’s hot, we’re just trying to get the loading done before the sun gets too high. We’ve been doing this for a long time in Jor Bagh. People around here know where we are. We don't spend money on fancy signs. The work speaks for itself when the tents go up and the food starts cooking. It’s a lot of sweat and long hours, but it’s what we do. We just focus on getting the gear where it needs to be on time without making a big fuss about it.
