Jai Mata Telecom

Jai Mata Telecom is located in the heart of Chandni Chowk, specifically in Katra Asharafi at shop number 628. If you have ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how narrow the lanes are and how many people are packed into every square inch. We spend our days surrounded by the smell of street food and the constant sound of bells and voices. Our shop is quite small, but we have managed to fit a lot of mobile phones and accessories inside. We focus on the basics because that is what people in the market need. They want a phone that works and a recharge that goes through quickly. Sometimes the network in these old lanes is patchy, so we spend a lot of time helping people find a signal. Katra Asharafi is famous for clothes, but people still need their phones fixed. We have been here for a good while now, and the neighbors are all like family. We share tea and talk about how the market is changing. The floor is a bit worn out from all the feet walking in and out every day. We don't have a big marketing plan or a polished storefront. It is just a place where you can get your phone sorted out without any fuss. The shutters go up early and we don't leave until the last customer is satisfied.
