The office is pretty much what you’d expect from a place that’s been around for a while. We have stacks of files and desks that have seen better days. Karol Bagh is always buzzing with people and traffic, so it’s never quiet around our building. We handle a variety of solutions for people, which basically means we spend our days solving problems that other people don’t want to deal with. It’s a lot of logistics and paperwork. We don’t have a fancy dress code or anything. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable for the weather. We have a small pantry where the kettle is always running because we need the caffeine to keep up with the pace. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling sound, but we’ve learned to ignore it. It’s just a group of people trying to get through the to-do list every day. We don't go in for big promises or corporate speak because we don't have time for it. If something needs doing, we just find a way to get it done and move on to the next thing on the pile. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to drown out the car horns.
