Jagdamba Telecom

You can find Jagdamba Telecom at Shop No-1 on Mandawali Main Road in Fazalpur. It’s a small place, right on the edge of the busy road. We deal with mobile phones mostly. People come in when their screens crack or when they need a new charging cable because the old one stopped working. We also do recharges and help people with their SIM cards. It’s usually pretty loud because of the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. The shop is filled with glass cases showing different phone covers and screen guards. We don’t have a huge staff, usually just one or two of us behind the counter. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought, and we have to ask the customer to come back the next day. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what is just a waste of money to repair. Mandawali is a crowded spot, so there is always someone walking in asking for a quick fix or a new tempered glass. We spend a lot of time looking at tiny screws and circuit boards under a bright lamp. It’s steady work. We’ve been at this location for a while now. People know the shop by its blue sign. We just keep things moving, fixing what we can and selling what people need for their phones. It’s a simple life at Shop No-1.
