J S Mobile Shop

We are located at WZ 75 in Uttam Nagar, right where the street starts to get really narrow. If you walk past the main crossing, you will see J S Mobile Shop with the glass counter that is almost always covered in fingerprints. We spend most of our time staring at tiny screws and trying to fix phone screens that people dropped on the pavement. It’s a small space, so if more than two customers come in at once, it feels very crowded and hot. We have shelves full of phone cases that have been sitting there for months and drawers stuffed with old cables we might never actually use. Most days start with sweeping the floor and wiping down the front window, though it gets dusty again within an hour because of the road. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. People just walk in because their phone stopped charging or they need a new screen guard. We talk to the neighbors a lot, and there is always someone stopping by just to chat for a minute or ask for directions. The fan on the ceiling makes a clicking noise that we have just learned to ignore over the years. Sometimes we stay late to finish a repair if someone really needs their phone back for work the next day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is honest work. We just try our best with the tools we have.
