J C B Telecom is located on Bhagwan Das Road, right in the mix of Janpath and Tolstoy Marg at 40-42. This is a very different part of the city compared to the crowded suburbs because the buildings are older and the roads are wider. However, there are still so many people working in the offices around here that we stay busy all day. Our shop is where people come when they have a problem with their mobile devices while they are at work. We see a lot of people in formal clothes coming in looking stressed because their phone stopped working right before a meeting. The shop itself is simple and clean, but it is definitely a working space with tools and parts scattered behind the counter. We have a lot of different chargers and screen protectors because everyone seems to have a different type of phone these days. The traffic on Tolstoy Marg is constant, but inside the shop, we try to keep things calm so we can focus on the repairs. We don't do much advertising; most people just find us because we are in a convenient spot between the major office blocks. It is interesting to see all the different people who walk through the door every day. We just try to fix their devices as quickly as we can so they can get back to their jobs. It is steady work in a very busy part of town.
