Isher Communication

Isher Communication is tucked away in Madhu Vihar Phase - II. It is a simple shop where we help people with their mobile phones and all the little problems that come with them. We have been here for several years now and have seen Madhu Vihar change quite a bit in that time. Our shop is small and has a glass counter where we keep some of the accessories like headphones and phone cases. We spend a lot of our day doing recharges for people or trying to fix a phone that has been dropped or stopped working for some reason. It is a practical job and we enjoy the hands-on work of taking things apart and putting them back together. There is usually a bit of a crowd in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. We don't have any fancy marketing plans or big goals for expansion. We are just happy to have a stable place to work and to be able to help our neighbors stay connected. The street outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, and we often have to mop the floor several times a day to keep it clean. We have a small stool in the back where we sit and have our lunch when the shop is empty. It is just a normal local business, run by normal people who want to do a decent job for their customers. We are here every day except Sunday, and we mostly keep to ourselves unless someone needs help.
