At Intouch Planet, we spend our days at Wz 189 on the Palam Colony Main Road. It’s a busy street with lots of noise and dust from the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Our shop isn't very large, just enough space for us to do what we need to do. Most of the time, it’s just one or two of us here handling things. We don't use any fancy management styles or have big office parties. It’s mostly just making sure the place is open on time and the customers are looked after. Palam Colony is a good place to be because there’s always someone passing by. We’ve been at Wz 189 long enough that the postman doesn't even have to look at the numbers anymore. We keep our shelves stocked and the floor swept, though with the main road right there, the dust always finds its way back in. Intouch Planet is just a name on a board to some, but to us, it’s where we spend most of our lives. We don't claim to be anything we aren't. We’re just a small outfit on a busy road. If you need us, you know where the Main Road is. We’ll be here, probably drinking tea and waiting for the next thing to do.
