Intouch Communication

Being on the Jamia Nagar Main Road means we see a lot of traffic every single day. Our shop is in Jogabai Market at 156/1 and it is a lively place to be. Intouch Communication is mostly about keeping people connected. We deal with a lot of students from the nearby areas who are always looking for the cheapest way to get more data. The shop is often full of young people talking and laughing. It can get a bit loud but it keeps the energy up. We have a few chairs for people to sit on while they wait for their phones to be repaired. The walls are covered with posters for different mobile networks. I usually spend my time at the computer handling the digital stuff while my assistant talks to the walk-in customers. We don't use any fancy systems to track things, just a big notebook where we write down the daily sales. The market can be quite chaotic especially in the evenings when everyone is out shopping for food. We keep the lights on late because that is when we get the most visitors. It is a practical business and we don't try to be something we are not. We just provide what people in Jamia Nagar need for their phones. It is a good spot and we have made a lot of friends in the market over the years.
