Our office is on the second floor of B-234 in West Patel Nagar, New Delhi. Insta Exhibitions Pvt Ltd is what we call ourselves. We spend most of our time thinking about trade shows and how to build stalls. It’s a lot of physical work and planning. The office in Patel Nagar is where we do the drawings and talk to clients. It can get pretty loud in here when we’re all talking at once. We’ve got samples of materials and floor plans lying all over the place. West Patel Nagar is a busy spot, and finding parking can be a real pain, but we’ve been here long enough that we know the tricks. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team that actually knows how to build things. When we aren't in the office, we’re usually at a convention center somewhere, getting dusty and tired. That’s just the nature of the business. We don’t have a polished pitch or a fancy mission statement. We just show up, do the setup, and make sure everything stays standing. It’s practical work. People come to us because they need something built, and we do our best to get it done on time. It’s not always pretty behind the scenes, but the final result usually is. It’s a lot of hard work but we wouldn't have it any other way.
