Infomedia India Ltd

Our office for Infomedia India Ltd is at D-5 on the 4th floor of Rose Apartment in Okhla. If you’ve ever been to Okhla, you know it’s a very busy industrial and residential mix in New Delhi. Getting up to the fourth floor is a bit of a walk, but the view of the surrounding rooftops is okay. The office is quite old-fashioned. We have these big metal cabinets and desks that have been around for a long time. It’s a media company, so there are always piles of papers and folders everywhere you look. It can get a bit dusty with all the traffic and work going on outside. We don't have a fancy air conditioning system, just some wall units that work hard during the Delhi summers. We spend our days managing different projects and keeping track of our publications. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the sounds of the street below. We don’t have a lunchroom, so we usually just eat at our desks or head out to one of the local dhabas. It’s a very simple and practical way to work. We aren't into the whole corporate polish. We just want to get the job done and get home through the traffic. It’s a real, hardworking environment where we all know each other well and just get on with things. We don't go for anything fancy. The stairs can be a bit of a challenge sometimes.
