Indraprastha Event & Decor

You can find us out on Rohtak Road in the Mundka area. Indraprastha Event & Decor operates from a spot that’s mostly about storage and loading up for the next job. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here from the city center, but there’s enough space for all the heavy stuff we need to keep. We have huge stacks of chairs, rolls of different colored fabrics, and iron frames for stages piled up to the ceiling. Mundka is a bit rough around the edges, especially with all the heavy vehicles and dust on Rohtak Road, but it works for us. Most of our days are spent checking the inventory and loading up the yellow trucks. The warehouse can get a bit cold in the winter months and very dusty when the wind blows in the summer. We don't have a decorated office for meetings because we’re usually out at the event sites anyway. When we are here at the base, we’re mostly busy fixing things that got bent or broken at the last event. The yard is usually full of laborers, drivers, and the sound of hammers. It’s not the glamorous side of the events business, but it’s what keeps everything else moving. We drink a lot of tea from the small stall just down the road. Rohtak Road is always under some kind of construction or repair, so getting the trucks in and out can be a real challenge. We just take it as it comes.
