Indraprastha Communication

We are over here in Karol Bagh at 13/24, just a small spot where we handle all sorts of phone stuff and connections. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, but inside we are usually busy looking at screens or trying to figure out why a SIM card isn't working for someone. We’ve been at this for a good bit now. Most days it is just us helping people get their recharges done or picking out a new cable because the old one frayed. We don't have a big fancy office, just a counter and some stools. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, but mostly it is just one customer after another. It’s a bit cramped when three or four people stand inside at once. Karol Bagh is always moving, so we try to keep up with whatever people need. You’ll see us there from morning until the shutters go down late evening. We don't do anything too complicated, just the usual communication things that keep people talking. The shelves are a bit messy sometimes with all the different boxes, but we know where everything is. It’s just how things are run here. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, yet the work stays the same. If you walk past the 13/24 building, you’ll likely see us talking to someone about their data plan or fixing a cracked screen. It is just basic work, done every single day without much fuss.
