Down in Mahipalpur, specifically at 219/1 Vijay Apartment, is where you’ll find our branch of the India Today Group. It’s not the big glass tower people might expect when they hear the name. This is a more local, grounded spot where we handle our part of the daily business. Mahipalpur is a busy area, especially being so close to the airport, and there’s always a lot of movement around the Vijay Apartment complex. Our office is pretty simple. It’s got desks, a few computers, and a lot of stacks of papers that need to be filed. We don't have fancy art on the walls or a lounge for visitors to sit in. It’s just a place to get the work done. The team here is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time, so things stay pretty casual throughout the day. We don't use a lot of big words or have long, drawn-out meetings for no reason at all. We just check what needs to be written or filed and get on with it. Sometimes it gets a little cramped when we have a lot of deliveries or new equipment arriving, but we make it work. Living and working in New Delhi means you have to be flexible, and that’s how we run things here. We just show up every day, do our jobs, and try to stay on top of things without making everything more complicated than it needs to be for the staff.
