India Today Group

We’re located over at F-10/11 on the first floor in Malviya Nagar, Delhi 110021. This branch of the India Today Group is a bit more low-key than some of the bigger offices people might imagine. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always the sound of traffic and people outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of people talking at once. We handle a fair bit of the news and media work from here. It’s not a fancy place with marble floors or anything like that. We have stacks of old newspapers in the corners and whiteboards that are barely wiped clean from the last meeting. It feels like a real newsroom—a bit messy and always a little behind schedule. We’ve been in this Malviya Nagar spot for a while now. The air conditioning sometimes struggles in the Delhi heat, but we manage. Most of the staff here have been around for years, so we all know how the office works. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors. It’s a functional space for people who have a lot of work to do. We just focus on getting the stories out and making sure the facts are right. It’s a bit of a grind, but it’s what we do here on the first floor. It is simple, a bit noisy, and very practical.
