Our spot is in Ghaziabad, specifically over in Vasundhara at Sector 11, House No. 373. It’s part of the Avas Vikas area. Even though the name might sound big, this particular office is just a regular house that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s a bit different from the huge media towers you see in the movies. Here, it’s more about the day-to-day grind of gathering information and putting things together. We have journalists, editors, and support staff all working in a space that feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. There’s always someone coming or going, and the doorbell rings more than you’d think. We don’t go in for all that corporate polish. The walls are covered with notes and calendars, and the kitchen is always busy with people making tea. We’re right in the middle of a residential block, so we see our neighbors every day. It’s a practical way to work. We deal with news and media, which is a 24-hour job, so someone is almost always here. We aren’t trying to be anything we aren’t. We’re just a group of people in UP trying to stay on top of everything that’s happening. It’s busy, it’s noisy sometimes, and there are always stacks of newspapers and magazines everywhere. It’s a real working environment, not a showpiece.
