Started the shop at Krishna Nagar Ki 14 a few years back. Mostly it's just about helping people with their phones. Someone comes in because their screen cracked or they need a new temper glass. It gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. We have different covers hanging on the walls. Sometimes it's hard to find a specific part for an old model but we try to look around. The shop isn't huge but it fits what we need. Neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask about a new recharge plan. We spend most of the day behind the counter. It's a lot of sitting and fixing small circuits. Sometimes the light goes out in the lane and we just wait. We keep a stock of chargers and cables because those always break. People ask a lot of questions about which phone is good these days. We just tell them what we've seen working well. It’s just a regular place where you get your mobile stuff sorted. Sometimes we are busy with repairs all afternoon. The tea guy comes by twice a day. It’s just how it goes here in the market. We don't have fancy chairs or anything, just a few stools for people to wait. It’s been at this same spot for a while now. Most people around here know where Ki 14 is. There are some days when it's very quiet and we just organize the shelves again.
