We’re down on the ground floor of Wa-79 in Shakarpur, right in the Laxminagar area of Delhi. It’s a crowded part of town, and our office reflects that. We do a lot of multimedia work, which these days means a bit of everything from printing to digital stuff. The hum of machines is pretty much the background music of our lives here. There’s always a stack of paper somewhere and someone complaining about a printer jam. We’ve been in this spot for years, and we know all the neighbors. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don't have a fancy lounge for clients; usually, you just pull up a plastic chair and we talk over the desk. We handle a lot of small jobs for local shops and bigger projects for companies that need things done fast. Laxminagar is always moving, and we have to keep up. Sometimes we stay late to finish a print run or to fix a file that isn't working right. We don’t talk much about innovation or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the images look sharp and the text is readable. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. If you need something made or printed, you just walk in and we see what we can do. It's not always perfect, and sometimes the colors take a few tries, but we stay until it's sorted.
