Ideas & Solutions is over at A-89, East Laxmi Market, Street Number 5, in Delhi. It is a bit of a maze getting here if you do not know these narrow lanes well. We have been in this same spot for quite a few years now. The name is a bit broad, but we mostly just solve problems for people who need things organized or moved. It is a grassroots kind of operation. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist at the front. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting there. We handle all sorts of random requests from different people. Sometimes it is logistics, sometimes it is finding a specific supplier for a weird item. The market nearby is always loud, so there is a constant hum of activity outside our window. We like the buzz. It keeps us awake during the long afternoons. We do not have a "mission statement" hanging on the wall or anything like that. Our goal is just to finish the day's work and do it well enough that people come back to us later. Delhi is a tough city for a small business, but we have found our own niche here in East Laxmi Market. We know the local guys who can get things done fast. If we can't do something ourselves, we usually know someone who can. It is all about the connections we have built over time.
